update markdown auto formatter to include many more keyboard shortcuts

add new setting for auto markdown link formatting on paste in the editor

add pygments code block syntax highlighting

update allow user to see landing page when logged in

change images to be assets and allow for more file types per #25

add new homepage content update page

fix views where user does not have an rsl record
